Within 15 days of purchase, you may request a refund of your order amount less a $6.50 Credit card processing fee provided that you have not used our testing service for which payment was made.
If you have already visited our location and your testing was done, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment. All results will be sent to you via email or text message.
